SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders from the United States. All Elea Rokka and Elea Orbs products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery of your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of food products, please read our policy carefully.
UNOPENED ITEMS
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return: Email us at info@pandptrading.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
OPENED ITEMS
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. All sales of opened items are final.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will send a full replacement at no charge. To report a damaged item: Email info@pandptrading.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice. You keep the damaged product — no return necessary.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 14 days of the expected delivery date: Check your tracking number first. Contact your local post office. If still unresolved email us at info@pandptrading.com with your order number. We will investigate and reship or refund as appropriate.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Every bottle of Elea Rokka and every jar of Elea Orbs leaves Crete under strict quality control. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your product please contact us — we stand behind everything we sell.
